The short version
We collect the minimum necessary data to deliver your license and nothing more. No telemetry. No file scanning data leaves your machine. No behavioral tracking. No advertising.
What we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect:
- Email address — To deliver your license key.
- Payment information — Processed and stored exclusively by Stripe. Dbarok never sees your card number.
- Order metadata — Tier purchased, timestamp, Stripe session ID — for license validation and support.
What we do NOT collect
- No telemetry or usage analytics from the Abyss software
- No file contents, scan results, or threat data from your machine
- No browsing history, IP logging, or behavioral tracking
- No advertising identifiers or third-party tracking pixels
- No data sold to third parties — ever
Data storage and security
Your email address and order metadata are stored securely via Stripe's infrastructure. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Dbarok does not operate its own payment database. License keys are generated at the time of purchase and delivered once — we do not maintain a searchable registry of active keys.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Object to processing
